Simple, inexpensive materials like this weather chart give parents and teachers an easy way to include Spanish in the daily routine.  Providing input in Spanish is hard work, and a little help can go a long way.  This chart has basic weather vocabulary.  You can use the verb estar to expand on most of the phrases to make full sentences:

Hoy está nublado. – Today it is cloudy.

Está soleado esta mañana. – It is sunny this morning.

With the option mucho viento,  use the verb hacer:

Hoy hace mucho viento. – Today it is very windy.

Rain or shine, every day needs Spanish!
