I know I am getting ahead of myself, but I thought it would be better to post these early. These Spanish Valentine cards are for beginner learners. They are printed on one side of a sheet of regular paper and do not use too much color ink. I needed something simple and inexpensive for a couple of larger groups. They all have a question for the person receiving the card to answer on the front and a sentence on the inside that relates to the question. The links to the PDFs are at the end of the post.
To make the card, print and fold the paper in half with the blank side in. Then fold it in half again with the question on the front of the card.
This is the text in the cards and a translation. The Valentine cards are only in Spanish.
¿De qué color es el corazón? / What color is the heart? (Kids draw lines from the heart to the color word).
Gracias por traer color a mi vida. ¡Feliz Día de San Valentín! / Thanks for bringing color to my life. Happy Valentine’s Day!
¿Qué forma es? / What shape is it? (Kids draw lines from the shape to the word.)
Te regalo mi corazón este Día de San Valentín. / I give you my heart this Valentine’s Day.
¿Cuántos corazones hay? / How many hearts are there? (Kids count the hearts and complete the sentence Hay ____.)
Siempre puedes contar conmigo. ¡Feliz Día de San Valentín! / You can always count on me. Happy Valentine’s Day.
