Many of us see our students only once or twice a week, and talking about the Spanish days of the week in a concrete way can be difficult. One solution is to use the calendar of the current month as a reference. Using the calendar of any month, children can practice questions, numbers, and the days of the week. You can find printable Spanish calendars at the end of the post.
Start with Songs
I introduce the Spanish days of the week with songs first. We talk about how the months and the days of the week are not capitalized in Spanish, and the week begins on Monday on Spanish language calendars.
