Multicultural books for children from Libros Arellano.

I am sharing Miguel ayuda en la oficina de la pediatra as a part of the Read Around the World Summer Reading Series.  The series is sponsored by Multicultural Kid Blogs. It is an opportunity to discover wonderful children’s literature and share our favorite multicultural books with other parents and teachers. Earlier this summer I shared Marisol McDonald Doesn’t Match/Marisol McDonald no combina as a part of the same series.

Miguel ayuda en la oficina de la pediatra, like the other stories from Libros Arellano, was written by Marianne Arellano Pazos, a bilingual second generation American, and illustrated by artist Diana Arellano. Read more about them on the Libros Arellano website. The books are available on Amazon.

I am really enjoying the multicultural books I have discovered through the Multicultural Kid Blogs’ Read Around the World Summer Reading Series. You can find them all on the Read Around the World Pinterest board or by clicking the image below.
